Cheech hobbled off the streets of Texas, was taken to a large shelter, and then was immediately brought to the recently built Waller City Animal гeѕсᴜe Shelter. Some staff members permitted the neighborhood puppy to be bullied and consequently openly allowed everyone to hear him. But surprise, surprise! Little Cheech’s smile was the cutest, and his rescuers were all in awe.
